Vision
To become a national organisation that is recognised as the authority on regional employment by both employers and candidates alike. An organisation whose opinion is valued and trusted and sought after and whose reputation is the envy of our competitors and stakeholders in the rural sector alike.
Mission
To assist rural employers find, select, engage and keep staff, in order to add value to their operations by improving employee performance and to provide continuity of work to our field team members. But just as importantly, to contribute positively to the rural community at large.
