Field Team Members (FTM's)
When you apply for a position with CPE Rural, you will first become a candidate, and then when engaged you will become part of the CPE field team. Whether you are employed by us and assigned to a client on a flexible staffing arrangement, or you take up a position direct with one of our clients, our relationship with you goes beyond finding you a position.
We take our commitment to you seriously and we will do everything in our power to ensure that as a valued Field Team Member (FTM) your objectives are achieved. Whether it be a financial or other personal need, we will do everything possible to help you to succeed.
